Using this portal

Dear Customer,

This is our official Assistance and Support website where you can track the status of your reported cases, ask questions to our team or study the articles of our official Knowledge Base, which we continue to improve in order to give you the best support as possible.

Working hours.

Our Forcive Assistance and Support team is located in Chisinau city, Republic of Moldova.
Our English speaking Team can quickly answer you between 09:00 and 18:00, EET, GMT/UTC + 2h.

Login to portal

To view your cases please login by pressing the "Login" button on the top-right corner. On Login page you can login with your Facebook, Twitter or email account.
To create an account with your email, please press the link "Create An Account" at the bottom-left corner of the Login page and follow the step by step procedure.

View My Cases

Once you are logged in, you will be able to access your cases by pressing  "My Cases" on the top-right corner of the page. Here you can open a new case, write  an answer or comment an existing case.

New Cases

To open a new case you can use the menu "Contact Us" on the right. We will answer you as soon as we can.

Post a Public Question

Select a Topic for your question and fill in the "Subject" and the "What is your question?" fields. Then confirm that you are not a robot and press the button "ASK QUESTION".

Email Us

Fill in the "Subject" field and type your question in the "Message" field. After confirmation that you are not a robot, press the button "SEND EMAIL".

Live Chat!

Fill in your question in the field "Question", confirm that you are not a robot and press the button "GO CHAT". A chat room will immediately open. Press the button "START YOUR CHAT" to begin chatting with one of our Forcive Assistance and Support Team.
